GENERAL NOTES
1. Check in time is 2.00 p.m. and check out
time 11.00 a.m.
2. Children from the ages of 12 are welcome in the guesthouse
at the adult rate
3. Families with children under the age of 12 can
be accommodated in the Luxury Room.
4. Children 0-3 years stay at 25% of the adult rate in the
Luxury Room
5. Children 4-12 years stay at 50% of the adult rate in
the Luxury Room
Reservation,
Payment and Cancellation conditions:
1. In order to secure a booking we require a 50% deposit
on the accommodation rate.
2. All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
3. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit
the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
4. Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit
75% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
5. Cancellations 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, forfeit
50% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
6. Cancellations 21 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit
25% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
7. Cancellations 28 days or more prior to arrival refund
of full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
8. Bookings will be released automatically &
without notification if these conditions are not met.

Person Policy
Stay for the per person sharing rate minus
20%, breakfast is included.
Driver
/ Guide policy
Stay in a guest room (if available) for
the per person sharing rate and not the single rate. Dinner
and drinks for their own account.

and reservations are essential. Please advise of any food
