concert with Jan Harmsgat’s own culinary talents, chefs Lena Vergotine & Charlene Mfundisi, who recently completed a week-long course under Jacques’ expert eye at Grande Provence. Expect an unforgettable experience, with each of the five courses matched to Grande Provence’s exceptional wines, including their “Angels Tears”. Margaret Kloppers will add her expert perspective on the fine wines of Grande Provence. |
